Privacy Policy

Bible Wonders is a children and family audio story app. We design it to collect as little information as we reasonably can while still playing stories, saving listening progress, supporting purchases, and responding to support requests.

This policy applies to the Bible Wonders mobile app and the Bible Wonders website.

App activity: story progress, completed stories, unlocked character collection items, reminder settings, and similar app state.

Device and app information: a device identifier generated or provided by the app platform, app version, operating system, and basic diagnostics needed to operate the service.

Purchase information: subscription and entitlement status from Apple, Google, or RevenueCat. We do not receive full payment card numbers.

Feedback and support: messages you choose to send, including any contact information you include in the message.

Website analytics: privacy-friendly page view and referrer information from Vercel Web Analytics so we can understand which website pages are useful. We do not use this for advertising or to build profiles about children.

Server logs: technical request information such as IP address, request path, timestamps, and error information. We use this to keep the service secure and reliable.

Bible Wonders is intended for use by families under parent or guardian supervision. We do not ask children to create accounts, provide names, provide email addresses, share precise location, or post public content.

Parents or guardians should contact us if they believe a child provided personal information through feedback or support. We will review and delete the information when appropriate.

We use information to play and organize stories, save progress, unlock collection items, provide subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent abuse, fix bugs, understand whether the app is working correctly, and improve the website.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use third-party advertising in the app.

We use service providers to operate the app and website, including app stores for purchases, RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management, Expo for push notification infrastructure when reminders are enabled, Cloudflare for API and media hosting, and Vercel for website hosting and analytics.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us and are expected to protect information consistently with this policy.

If you enable reminders, the app may request notification permission and register a push notification token. You can turn notifications off in system settings at any time.

We keep app activity and support information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

To request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with the app, contact support@biblewonders.app. We may need enough information to locate the relevant app data.

You can avoid optional feedback collection by not submitting feedback. You can disable notifications in system settings. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Play Store account.
